Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of QuotePing, a quote tracking and follow-up service operated by Yinvrae.
The service
QuotePing helps users record sent quotes, track follow-up dates, connect supported mailboxes, detect relevant quote and reply activity, and send manual or automated follow-up emails.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for information and actions performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use QuotePing only for lawful business communications.
Email and automation
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your customers. Automated follow-ups must not be used for spam, harassment, deceptive messages, or unlawful marketing. QuotePing may pause automation when a reply, disconnected mailbox, account restriction, or other safety condition is detected.
Plans
QuotePing currently offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Free supports up to 10 active quotes. Basic supports up to 50 active quotes and includes mailbox automation. Pro supports unlimited active quotes and mailbox automation. Current pricing and trial terms are displayed before checkout.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Basic may include a one-time 30-day trial when eligible. Pro does not include that trial unless explicitly shown at checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the terms presented during checkout or in the Stripe billing portal.
Availability
QuotePing is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated classification will always be correct. Users should review important customer and billing information.
Acceptable use
You may not use QuotePing to violate law, access accounts without permission, distribute malware, send abusive or fraudulent communications, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
Changes
QuotePing may evolve as features are added or changed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date.
