QuotePing is operated by Yinvrae. This policy explains what information QuotePing processes and why.
Information we process
- Account information such as your email address and authentication information.
- Quote information you enter, including customer names, email addresses, quote descriptions, values, dates, notes, and follow-up settings.
- Connected mailbox information when you choose to connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft 365.
- Recent Inbox and Sent-mail information needed to detect sent quotes, detect customer replies, and manage follow-ups.
- Billing and subscription status supplied by Stripe.
- Feedback or support messages you choose to send.
Connected email accounts
Connecting a mailbox is optional. QuotePing uses the access you authorize to identify relevant sent quotes and replies and to send follow-up messages on your behalf. QuotePing does not use mailbox access for advertising. Quote detection does not download or analyze attachment contents.
How information is used
Information is used to operate QuotePing, authenticate users, track quotes, schedule and send follow-ups, stop automation when a customer replies, provide billing features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
QuotePing relies on service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, database and AI processing; Stripe for billing; Google and Microsoft when you connect their services; and email-delivery providers where required for service and support messages.
AI processing
QuotePing may use automated language and classification systems to determine whether mailbox messages appear to be quotes, proposals, estimates, or replies. Automated detection is used to support the QuotePing workflow and is not used for advertising.
Security
Mailbox credentials and tokens are protected using encrypted storage. QuotePing limits access to information to what is needed to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to operate your account, meet legal or security obligations, and maintain necessary transaction records. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including within the European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal data and to object to certain processing.
